The Worksportal acts as a link in multi-stakeholder projects. The portal ensures that all participants in the contract have the same updated drawings, specifications, budgets, project and time schedules. Participants can also invoice each other through the portal, while complying with public rules on document management.

The Worksportal can e.g. be used by a construction company that, as a supplier, carries out excavation work for a number of utility companies and uses a number of subcontractors.

Everything is managed via the Worksportal - all you need is internet access to use the system. HOFOR A/S (formerly Copenhagen Energy), Energi Fyn and Forsyning Helsingør currently use the portal to manage their extensive excavation work with many subcontractors involved.
